Definition:
- Node agent: runs on every Kubernetes Node, not part of the Kubernetes Control Plane
- Takes PodSpecs (mostly from kube-apiserver) and makes sure those containers are running and healthy via the Container Runtime
- Runs the K8s Liveness Probe, K8s Readiness Probe and K8s Startup Probe checks
